Our Services include:

  • Pro Families Apps (QSRPro, NursePro+, FixEngine, etc.) ??? mobile applications for guided troubleshooting, equipment diagnostics, and AI-powered support
  • Social Outcome Engine ??? a browser extension (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) for AI-powered social engagement across LinkedIn and X/Twitter

Important: Our troubleshooting apps are support and documentation tools only. They do not replace professional technician service, equipment manufacturer guidance, or safety procedures.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, including:

  • Photos and images you upload
  • Text inputs, descriptions, and notes
  • LinkedIn and X/Twitter text, drafts, and messages (browser extension)
  • Escalation reports and documentation

By submitting content, you grant Fields???IQ LLC a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating AI???powered outputs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to violate LinkedIn's or X/Twitter's terms or automate actions without user intent
  • Attempt to access private data you are not authorized to view
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Services
  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Impersonate another user or technician
  • Perform repairs beyond your qualifications or authority
  • Ignore safety warnings or escalation recommendations
  • Share your account credentials with others

4. AI???Generated Output

AI???generated responses may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, processed, and stored. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Equipment Safety (Pro Families Apps)

You assume all responsibility for following safety procedures, assessing equipment condition, and escalating to qualified technicians before repairs. We are not responsible for equipment damage, personal injury, or unauthorized repairs.
