Welcome to FixEngine. By accessing or using our applications (QSRPro, DiagPro, CStorePro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any FixEngine application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Usage Credits

Our applications use a credit-based system to meter troubleshooting sessions. Each troubleshooting session costs exactly 1 credit, regardless of session type.

2.1 Credit-Consuming Actions

The following actions each consume exactly 1 credit per session:

Photo Identification — Uploading a photo for AI-powered product identification (1 credit)
Custom Flow Generation — Generating a new troubleshooting flow using AI (1 credit)
Running/Viewing an Existing Flow — Accessing and stepping through a previously generated troubleshooting flow (1 credit)

2.2 How to Earn Credits

You can earn additional credits through the following actions:

Sharing — Share a flow or result with a colleague to earn bonus credits
Feedback — Provide feedback on flow accuracy or usefulness to earn bonus credits
Points Redemption — Redeem accumulated reward points for additional credits (where available)

2.3 Billing Transparency

All credit consumption is logged with timestamps, operation type, and device information. This audit trail is maintained for billing transparency and dispute resolution. You may request a summary of your credit usage at any time by contacting support.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our applications only for their intended purpose of equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics. You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, share account credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All troubleshooting flows, AI-generated content, and application interfaces are the intellectual property of FixEngine LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for your troubleshooting needs.

5. Limitation of Liability

FixEngine provides troubleshooting guidance as-is. We do not guarantee that any troubleshooting flow will resolve your equipment issue. Always follow manufacturer safety guidelines and consult qualified technicians for complex repairs. FixEngine shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your remaining credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
