A. Pro Families Apps (QSRPro, NursePro+, FixEngine, etc.)

These applications may collect:

  • Photos and media uploaded for diagnostics
  • Troubleshooting session data (equipment type, issue descriptions, steps completed)
  • Device identifiers (non-personally identifiable)
  • Usage and credit consumption
  • AI???processed outputs
  • Escalation reports and notes
  • Communication data (messages, support requests, feedback)

These apps may transmit uploaded content to our cloud AI systems for processing.

No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Camera Access

Pro Families Apps use your device's camera only for:

  • Taking photos of equipment during troubleshooting
  • Capturing evidence for technician escalation reports

Pro Families Apps do not:

  • Record video
  • Access your photo library without permission
  • Collect biometric data
  • Use the camera for marketing, analytics, or tracking

Data Isolation

Each app maintains completely separate databases:

  • App data is isolated via schema-based routing
  • No cross-app data access is possible
  • Deleting your account in one app does not affect accounts in other apps

Guest Mode

If you use an app without signing in ("Continue as Guest"), we may generate a temporary session ID to support troubleshooting. Guest Mode does not store personal identity information.

Your Choices

You can:

  • Use the app without signing in
  • Choose whether to take photos
  • Choose whether to share a technician report
  • Request deletion of stored data (if signed in)

B. Social Outcome Engine ??? Browser Extension (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

This section describes the data practices specific to the Social Outcome Engine (SOE) browser extension.

What Data the Extension Accesses

The extension may access:

  • LinkedIn and X/Twitter post text visible on the page
  • User???selected text
  • User???generated draft messages
  • Feed content required to generate digests, summaries, and filtering signals

The extension does not access:

  • Private messages or inbox content
  • Account credentials, emails, or passwords
  • Profile data not visible on the page
  • Photos, device identifiers, or system???level information
  • Browser history outside the active tab where the extension is used

What Data the Extension Sends

To generate AI???assisted suggestions, the extension may send:

  • Extracted post text
  • User???generated draft messages
  • Optional template selections

Data may be processed either:

  • On???device via a locally running model (e.g., http://127.0.0.1), or
  • Via our cloud API, only when the user explicitly triggers an AI generation action

No data is sent automatically. No data is transmitted without direct user action.

What the Extension Stores

Using browser storage, the extension may store:

  • User preferences
  • Tone settings
  • Template selections
  • Feature configuration

No personal identifiers are stored unless explicitly added in future versions.

Future Data Collection

Future versions may optionally collect:

  • Anonymous usage analytics
  • Error logs
  • Optional account identifiers (opt???in only)

If such data collection is introduced, this policy will be updated before changes take effect.

What the Extension Does NOT Do

  • Does not scrape private LinkedIn or X/Twitter data
  • Does not automate actions or perform actions without user intent
  • Does not auto???post, auto???comment, or auto???message
  • Does not collect passwords or authentication tokens
  • Does not sell or share data with advertisers or third parties
  • Does not use user data for model training
  • Does not collect photos, device IDs, or unrelated app data

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of any cloud???processed data by contacting: privacy@fields-iq.com

Locally stored data can be cleared at any time via your browser's extension settings (e.g., Chrome ??? Extensions ??? Social Outcome Engine ??? "Clear data").

3. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be communicated and published with a new "Last Updated" date.
